===PROCESSING===
Varies per item. Many items are in stock and ship immediately. If not is stock, most items are processed and shipped in 4 business days. Custom Rugs will take longer to process depending on level of custom design. Custom color Christian Wallis Lamps also take longer to process depending on level of design. In Stock Christian Wallis lamps, basic color, ship in normal time. Customer will be contacted with lead time on Custom items, such as Engraving, Custom Design Rugs, Custom Color lamps, and Custom Drapery.

We ship to APO/ AE addresses, weight/size guidelines apply. Insurance required.

===RETURNS===
Most items are 20 days from the date of receipt. Custom Rugs are non-returnable. Custom color “Christian Wallis” lamps are non-returnable. Engraved items are non-returnable. Some items have a restocking fee that applies, 15%. We will do our best to help you avoid the restocking fee. Customer pays shipping back to Unique Interiors and there is no refund on outgoing shipping charges. Customer must have return # for return. To obtain your Return Authorization #, email us sales@UniqueInteriorsAndGifts.com or call 877-710-4909. Once item is received, damage free, with a return #, the customer will receive a refund back to the original payment method used. Customer should ensure item is packaged appropriately, and with necessary insurance. If item arrives damaged, refund will not be given.

===EXCHANGES===
Exchanges are allowed up to 60 days from the date of order. Item must be exchanged for equal or greater value. A “return” cannot be processed on an Exchanged item. Customer pays shipping back to Unique Interiors and there is no refund on original outgoing shipping charges. Customer must have Exchange Authorization # for exchange. To obtain your Exchange Authorization #, email us sales@UniqueInteriorsAndGifts.com or call 877-710-4909. Once item is received, damage free, with exchange #, the order will be reprocessed for the new requested item. The original payment method used to process the new order if item is greater value. Customer should ensure item is packaged appropriately, and with necessary insurance. If item arrives damaged, exchange will not be given.

===DAMAGED===
We are so sorry if this ever happens to you. Please contact us immediately upon receipt, within 2 days of package delivery. We must be notified immediately of the damage. Customer must have Damage Authorization # for damage return. To obtain your Damage Authorization #, email us sales@UniqueInteriorsAndGifts.com or call 877-710-4909. Once the damaged item has been received by us, we will replace item at no charge to customer. We will work quickly to resolve this issue for you.

===BACKORDERS===
Customer will be notified immediately by our Home Office orders department if item is on Backorder. Customer will then have option of canceling product without incurring any fees, or waiting until item restocks. Once the item restocks, we will ship immediately. Most items restock quickly. We must be notified within 48 hrs of decision to cancel.
===CANCELLATIONS===
Special Order and Custom items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed with the Designer. All other items may be cancelled prior to order processing. No cancellations allowed after shipment of item. If item is cancelled after shipment, it may be processed as a return, it is subject to a restocking fee of 15%, each item varies on fee. Customer must have Cancellation Authorization # to cancel order. To obtain your Cancellation Authorization #, email us sales@UniqueInteriorsAndGifts.com or call 877-710-4909.

===INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED===
If it is our error, or different item is received than pictured, Item may be returned for full refund including shipping. We will gladly reship the correct item at no additional charge. If customer’s error, may return item subject to return policy guidelines. Must have Return Authorization # for return.
===ORDER NOT RECEIVED===
We are so sorry your order has not arrived! Please verify that neighbors have not received your package by mistake. If not, contact us sales@UniqueInteriorsAndGifts.com or call 877-710-4909. We will then work with the carrier to resolve the problem as soon as possible. We will contact the customer directly to inform them of the status of their missing order.

Yes, we offer Price Match! To receive price match, the product offered must be verified with lower priced item. Item must be current design, in stock, and available to view website address.
